Returns Policy

Returns Authorisation

Before returning any item, please follow our returns authorisation procedure by contacting us via telephone or email. We will then give you an authorisation number. No returns will be accepted without a returns authorisation number.

Please note that we cannot make a claim against carriers if more than 48 hours has lapsed after receipt of the item, therefore, we cannot refund damages reported after this time.

Returns Packaging

Please use the original packaging when returning the goods. Also include the despatch note and a short note explaining why the goods are being returned. For all cabinets a carrier must be used. This can be arranged by BH Amerson but may be chargeable depending on the reason for return. Refunds only apply to damaged or faulty goods.

For smaller items, please pack in suitable packaging and send by recorded delivery only. We will refund the postage of any recorded delivery item up to a maximum of 4.00.

Replacement or Refund

We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item or refund your account. For goods which have been returned as faulty or damaged, this will be refunded once the return has been processed which can take up to 28 days.

Returning an Unwanted Item

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receipt, for a refund. Carraige charges will not be refunded. There will also be a 15% administration charge as the cabinets are made to order. We will refund your account once we have received and processed the item. All products must be returned to us in its original packaging and be delivered to us in good condition.

We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error. Packaging may be opened for the goods to be inspected, however, they must be returned in their original packaging.

How we test Returned Items

We test every single returned item. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test centre, we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This also applies to items reported as carrier damage and found to have been used. The cost will depend on the item. We will not refund postage on any item found to be in good working order or falsely reported as damaged.
